Sedition is a coming of age story set in 2005 Sri Lanka against the backdrop of civil war. It follows the story of three young twenty something people, trying to work out what their life can be if it cannot be what they want it to be and how to support each other when what they each need is so much more than what they can each give.
Sedition was longlisted for the 2018 Kill Your Darlings Unpublished Manuscript Award.
Gin & Tonic is a crime fiction novel set in Colombo, Sri Lanka with two young teenage girls who start to find themselves constantly at various crime scenes or in the centre of much intrigue. Armed with the younger sister’s mental lists, indexes and very useful glossary of types of aunts and the older sister’s intuition and observation, the two find themselves dancing around political intrigue in the police force and various meddling and not so meddling aunts and quite a few bemused and bewildered peers.
