    Just to let you know of some competitions currently open for entries: The 2010 T.A.G. Hungerford Award: Sponsors: Writing WA, New Edition Bookshop, The West Australian, & Fremantle Press Prize: $12,000 AUD + a publishing contract with Fremantle Press Eligibility: Australian citizens or permanent residents who reside primarily in Western Australia only. Rules: Previously unpublished material in fiction or creative non-fiction genre of 50,000 words minimum. Material submitted previously to Fremantle Press with editorial comment received is not eligible. Entry fee: $25.00 AUD cheque or money order payable to Writing WA only. Deadline: 30th July 2010.
